IT System administrator

For the IT support of our customer applications on the one hand and the support of our IT infrastructure on the other hand, we are looking for support at the location Garbsen as soon as possible.
Your area of responsibility as IT system administrator
- Monitoring of our hardware and software in the network and telecommunications environment and troubleshooting as needed
- Supporting your colleagues in IT matters and being the first point of contact in the event of faults
- Installation and configuration of required hardware and software
- Monitoring and maintenance of our customers' systems
- Supporting our customers within the framework of existing support contracts
- Performing user administration (user and authorization management)
- Installation of system and software updates in various DP systems
- Administration of GIT Lab, JIRA and Confluence
- Administration of Linux as well as Kubernetes / Docker Swarm
- ELK Stack
Your profile
- Successfully completed IT studies or vocational training in the IT field (e.g. IT specialist or comparable qualification)
- Service and service-oriented approach
- General IT experience (servers, databases, software architecture)
- Experience in mobile device management and cloud computing and ideally with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)
- Experience in routing and switching, VPN and firewall
- Knowledge of various communication protocols and techniques, e.g. cellular, WiFi, cloud protocols
- Experience with Azure or AWS
- Practical experience in user support is desirable
- Good command of spoken and written English and very good command of spoken and written German
